Let’s start with an inventory of the reasons to stub out for good -
1. SAVE MONEY
Everybody’s cutting back right now, returning to basics. Smoking literally burns up your cash, you can’t afford to be wasting hard earned dollars. Think of all the money you’ll be saving — savings can be hundreds a month. Think what else you could do with that money
2. IMRPOVE YOUR HEALTH, AND THE HEALTH OF YOUR LOVED ONES
Cigarettes kill more than 420,000 Americans each year. That’s more than the number of Americans who die each year from AIDS, car accidents, alcohol, drugs, fires, homicides and suicides — combined.
And what about the other stuff like bad breath, wrinkles, yellow finger and teeth, more colds and coughs, stinging eyes, short of breath, smelly clothes, furniture and car, – oh and an empty wallet or purse!
Lets kick smoking in the butt, and we’ll still be here for our kids and grandkids.

3. AVOID THE INCONVENIENCE
Society has made us smokers into social pariahs. It is now harder than ever to light up, and the inconvenience caused by having to find a place to fag is growing. Restaurants and bars have banned the habit and now whole school and outdoor sports areas are designated smoke free areas. The first European country is about to ban smoking anywhere outside the home.
